Where it started
A family home in Chatham, Medway. The owner found us through one of our adverts on a local roundabout.
She works remotely and travels with her children. A long let would have meant losing their base at home, so she wanted the house to earn while they were away and still be there when they came back.
What we changed
It is a lived in, fully furnished family home, so we changed very little. We focused on putting it in front of the right guests.

She rarely needs to hear from us. We manage everything end to end, she blocks out dates in the app whenever her family comes home, and she knows the house is kept in great condition because it is cleaned regularly.
