How we count
How we work out the numbers.
Every figure on this page compares a home with itself, before us and with us.
We only compare a home with itself: what it would earn on a long let, or its income before it came to us.
Every result is what the owner received after our management fee, never before it.
Each comparison covers 12 months of the owner's income: a year before us against a year with us.
We show how much each home's income changed, not what its owner earns, so their figures stay private.
