Where it started

A 5 bedroom house in central Tunbridge Wells, already let night by night through a large national management company.

The owner wasn’t happy with how it was run. Cleaning standards were slipping, the reviews were suffering, and it felt like the manager didn’t care about the home. The results showed it.

What we changed

A 5 bedroom house is unusual, so we changed who it was for. The last manager aimed it at weddings and short stays. We set it up for contracting teams who want the whole crew under one roof and still stay in budget.

What happened

We brought in new cleaners, and change them if standards ever slip. A laundry service keeps every sheet fresh, the garden is looked after regularly, and the bookings are better quality. Above all, the home is properly cared for.
