Where the work is around Blyth

    QTS’s campus at Cambois, just north of Blyth, is an investment of up to £10 billion across up to ten buildings. Councillors approved the first two in December 2025, enabling works are under way, and QTS expects around 1,200 construction jobs, with the first building going up during 2026.1,2
