Homes we run near Bristol
Our three Bristol homes are spread across the city: a two-bed flat near Cabot Circus in the centre, and two larger houses. If they are booked, or you need more beds, we look for checked partner homes nearby and tell you straight away if nothing fits. Staying fewer than 7 nights? Book direct.

Construction crews are among our biggest groups of guests around Bristol. Sharing a whole home usually works out cheaper per person than a hotel room each, and crews can cook their own meals instead of eating out every night.
Bristol NHS Foundation Trust
North Bristol NHS Trust and University Hospitals Bristol and Weston merged into Bristol NHS Foundation Trust on 1 July 2026. The combined trust employs more than 28,000 staff and serves over 1.1 million people a year across Bristol, Weston, South Gloucestershire and North Somerset, so locums and contractors need somewhere close to Southmead and the other hospitals.3
Temple Quarter, Brabazon and the airport
Bristol Temple Quarter is a 135-hectare regeneration project around the station, including a new university campus. At Filton, work is under way to turn the former Brabazon hangars into the 20,000-capacity Aviva Arena, due to open in late 2028, with a new Bristol Brabazon station on the Henbury line due in autumn 2026. Yes. We place families whose homes have been damaged by flood, fire or escape of water, and pets are allowed at all three of our Bristol homes. We can bill the insurer directly, but we can’t advise on a policy: the insurer confirms what is covered.
