- From 7 nights to several months. Staying fewer than 7 nights? Book direct.
- Paying
- Card or invoice before arrival, in blocks of up to 28 nights, or monthly on 30-day terms once your account is approved. Bank transfer is free; business cards carry a 3.5% fee. Your quote shows whether VAT applies, as some homes are VAT registered and some are not.
- Deposit
- Some homes need a refundable deposit or a damage waiver. Your quote says which.
- Cancelling
- Free with 14 days’ notice before arrival. To leave early, give 14 days’ notice, and we don’t charge for nights we re-let.
- Changes
- We check a week before your end date, so you can extend or leave as planned. Read the full terms.

What does a free account give us?

How quickly can you find a home?
We send a shortlist within 2 hours (8am to 11pm, 7 days a week). If we can't find something suitable, we'll say so in that time.
What's the minimum stay?
7 nights. For shorter trips, book direct on our Book a stay page.
Do you only use your own homes?
No. We use our own homes first, and checked homes from our partner network everywhere else. You deal with us throughout.
Is there parking for vans?
At many homes. Tell us how many vehicles and we'll only suggest homes with room for them.
How do we pay?
By card or invoice before arrival, or monthly on 30-day terms once your account is approved after a quick credit check.
Do you work with agencies and property managers?
