    Berkeley is building and selling new apartments and penthouses set in 47 acres of historic parkland at Sunningdale Park, with residents’ facilities including a gym and co-working space.1

  • Heatherwood and Frimley Park hospitals

    Frimley Health has 14,000 staff and serves 900,000 people from Frimley Park, Wexham Park and Heatherwood hospitals. Heatherwood, in Ascot, opened in March 2022 as a centre for planned surgery and diagnostics. Locums and agency staff need somewhere close for weeks at a time.2,3

  • A new Frimley Park Hospital

    Frimley Health has proposed part of the Pine Ridge Golf Club land in Frimley for a new Frimley Park Hospital, funded by the national New Hospital Programme. It plans to apply for planning permission in autumn 2027, with main construction expected to start between 2028 and 2029.4

  • Heathrow and its third runway plans

    Heathrow is at the pre-application stage for a third runway, with a new 3,500m runway, a terminal complex west of Terminal 5 and part of the M25 rerouted. It plans another public consultation later in 2026.5
