Our house is in Merton, east of Wimbledon town centre towards Colliers Wood and Mitcham. It has four bedrooms and two and a half bathrooms, sleeps eight and has parking, so it suits a crew or a large family. It does not take pets. Where the work is around Wimbledon

Construction crews

Construction crews are among our biggest groups of guests around Wimbledon. Sharing a whole home usually works out cheaper per person than a hotel room each, and crews can cook their own meals instead of eating out every night.

  • High Path, Eastfields and Ravensbury

    Clarion Housing Group is building 3,282 homes across three estates, High Path in South Wimbledon and Eastfields and Ravensbury in Mitcham, a £1.3 billion programme. At Eastfields, 77 homes in phase 1C are due to finish in summer 2027.1,2

  • St George’s Hospital, Tooting

    St George’s University Hospitals has more than 10,000 staff, and St George’s in Tooting is one of London’s four major trauma centres. The trust works as a group with Epsom and St Helier, so locums and agency staff need somewhere close for weeks at a time.3

  • The Championships

    The Championships at the All England Club run from 28 June to 11 July 2027. Suppliers, event staff and crews working on the tournament need somewhere to stay close by.4

  • Trains, the Tube and trams

    Wimbledon has trains to London Waterloo from about 14 minutes, and Colliers Wood is on the Northern line, so crews on jobs across south and central London can base themselves here.5,6
